ironic

That she writes negative narration,
Clipping scenes from life
To paste into her screenshot album;

That she spins history on a spool,
Pirouetting frames
Dancing over the projected moon;

That she struts in silver stilettos
And a crimson dress,
Lost in the limelight of white shadows;

‘It’s just ironic,’ she says.
‘Perfectly ironic.’
